• Sturgis Industrial Park. The 45-acre Sturgis Industrial Park is a South Dakota Certified Site Ready park with all infrastructure in place. It was developed by the Sturgis Economic Development Corp (SEDC) and is home to 25 businesses employing over 200 people. Park businesses are generally metals-related manufacturing for the firearms, motorcycle, and oil field industries. It is often called South Dakota’s largest firearms manufacturing cluster. Beginning in Fall 2015, a high school machinist training program opened in the Park. Limited acres remain available for development. Options include: purchase, lease and build-to-suit. Because SEDC is a non-profit economic development organization, it may be able to offer flexible options and obtain loans at lower rates, which are passed on. Construction costs and lease rates vary on building requirements.

SEDC is an equal opportunity provider, employer and lender.
