In her capacity as Economic Development Coordinator, Block will dedicate fifty percent of her time to collaborating closely with businesses, stakeholders, the City of Summerset, and the Piedmont Valley Chamber of Commerce in Summerset, South Dakota. In addition, her responsibilities will include fostering strategic partnerships, attracting investment, promoting entrepreneurship, and supporting the expansion of local businesses throughout all the communities in Meade County.

Amanda Anglin, SEDC Executive Director, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Brenna to our team as our new Economic Development Coordinator.
