• STURGIS (8/25/2014) – Two 9,600 sq. ft. buildings are available for occupancy in the Sturgis Industrial Park. Built to accommodate industrial manufacturing capabilities, each building is equipped with 3-phase power, reinforced concrete floors, and a truck door. Located at 3501 and 3551 Mayer Avenue, the buildings were built between 1999 and 2001. The Sturgis Industrial Park is a SD Certified Site Ready Park.

    The building at 3501 Mayer Avenue is designed as a duplex unit, with each unit capable of being leased separately. Each unit has approximately 4,700 sq. ft. with separate utilities. A floor-to-ceiling wall divides the units and includes an overhead door. The west unit has a truck door; the east unit could have one added. This building has minimal office space. It has 3-phase, 208 volt power served by Black Hills Power. The building sits on 1.2 acres and can be expanded to the east and north.

    The building at 3551 Mayer Avenue is a free span structure. Approximately one third of the building is office space, which can be reconfigured. The building has 3-phase, 480 volt power served by Butte Electric. The building sits on 1.24 acres, with an additional 10 acres available for expansion to the west and north. The building can be expanded up to 30,000 sq. ft.

    The buildings are available for purchase, lease and lease/purchase options. Pricing options are negotiable and are based on job and service creation, as well as, economic impact.
